Diploma of Leadership and Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements. They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.

About The Illawarra ITeC
Illawarra ITeC is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO Number 90185) that has been providing training, employment and business services in the Illawarra, Southern Highlands, Shoalhaven and Far South Coast for the last 30 years. Through our training organisation we deliver accredited training from Certificate II through to Advanced Diploma level in the areas of Business, Hospitality, Retail, Construction, Music Industry, Screen & Media and Live Production.
Illawarra ITeC is now offering an exciting new opportunity for those interested in a career in Business and Commerce – the Associate Degree of Business and Commerce through the University of Southern Queensland. Open to those who have just completed the HSC and those wishing to improve their qualifications and their career prospects, the Associated Degree in Business and Commerce has the advantage of being supported by ITeC’s extensive business, government and industry contacts and students will be assisted in gaining part time paid employment and/or industry work experience, ensuring that they can earn while they learn.
