Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Skills Strategies International delivers the Diploma of Leadership and Management ‘business mastery style’. An understanding of leadership skills and processes will help lay the foundations to help you manage your own performance and that of others within your team.
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts and are looking to upskill or fine tune their leadership performance. The qualification is designed for middle managers and supervisors with the responsibility of managing a team of people, and those who participate in operational planning and change management.
To enable a productive and collaborative learning environment we have designed a tutorial (seminar) workshop style delivery in combination with online learning and collaborating. This format will allow for networking, sharing of business strategies and operational planning.
This course will provide you with solid skills and understanding of the tasks and requirements of working in management, including leading and managing the performance of others, operational, financial and workforce planning and building sustainable and improved work practices. You will have the opportunity to sit alongside other industry professionals and share strategies and successes on business improvement.
