Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Diploma of Leadership and Management (CRICOS 110360E) is an advanced level course that focuses on developing students’ leadership and management capabilities.
Through a combination of theoretical and practical learning, students will gain a deep understanding of the key principles and practices of effective leadership and management, including strategic planning, operational management, team development, and change management. This course also provides opportunities for students to enhance their communication, problem-solving, and critical
thinking abilities, as well as their leadership and teamwork skills.
Graduates of the Diploma of Leadership and Management can pursue a range of challenging and rewarding leadership and management roles across a range of industries or use their skills as a foundation for further study in the management field.
