Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification will provide you with the skills and knowledge to manage information and communications technology (ICT) support in small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) using a wide range of general ICT technologies. You will learn skills to support computer systems, involving people, hardware, software and procedures in a networked environment. You will also learn skills that enable you to maintain and guide teams and manage projects.
