The CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care will enable you to expand your work opportunities in the child care area to roles as:• Early childhood educator• Child development worker• Children’s advisor• Supervisor, manager, coordinator, director or team leader in a children’s services agency.

In our course you will learn how to plan, implement and manage programs in early childhood services in accordance with licensing, regulatory and duty of care requirements. In most states it is the highest qualification required for a career as a Director or Service Manager for a centre-based care.

Entry requirements

Domestic Students

  • There are no mandated entry requirements.
  • Applicants will be required to hold a previous certificate III qualification either CHC30121 OR CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood education and care.
  • Applicants will be required to undertake a Pre-Training Review to determine English level and overall suitability for the course, and;
  • Current Police Check.
  • Current Working With Children Check
