Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of early childhood educators who are responsible for designing and implementing curriculum in early childhood education and care services.
At least 50 per cent of the educators who are required to meet the relevant educator to child ratios for the service must have, or be actively working towards an approved diploma level education and care qualification. A family day care co-ordinator must have an approved diploma level education and care qualification.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- It is preferred that potential students either work in the industry or have sound prior experience in a childcare setting.
- We require that students students studying at Diploma level have at least Year 10 or equivalent.
- You will also be required to obtain a National Police Clearance check and a NSW Working with Children Check.

Star Training Academy built itself around the provision of security training and associated services for the security industry sector and has been proudly doing that since 2007.
