Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Get qualified and gain the skills to operate as an educational leader, supervisor, or manager in childcare with the nationally accredited Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. This is the ideal qualification for those wishing to lead an education and care program for children before they enter formal schooling.
A Diploma further enables you to implement, and manage education and care programs, and supervise staff and volunteers. Students will also gain entry level management knowledge and skills that let you oversee the early childhood education and care service.

Blended
Combine the flexibility of online learning with the support of on campus learning.
Work Placement
Complete mandatory hands-on training in a workplace setting.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
A good ability to read, write and speak English
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance Certificate and Work with Children Check;
Ability to work and communicate respectfully with background from different national backgrounds;
Entry to this qualification is open to individuals who hold a:
- CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or
- CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
