Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course provides comprehensive training for early childhood education and care services that is applicable in a broad range of work environments. This course will prepare you for a role within childcare education. They may have responsibility for supervision of volunteers or other staff.
You’ll develop skills in providing activities and care to children, with an emphasis on play-based learning. You’ll learn to facilitate learning and play in order to enable children to achieve developmental outcomes.
This qualification will prepare you for the roles such as Children’s Services Co-ordinator, Family Day Care Co-ordinator and Early Childhood Teacher.
