Diploma of Counselling
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course is offered by Enable College (RTO 4849) in collaboration with its industry partner, Bower Place.
A blended mode of practical training with clients, combined with digital knowledge, theory, and assessments studied over 52 weeks.
The Diploma of Counselling provides students with a comprehensive week by week program that includes extensive knowledge and theory work, workshop sessions and practical client experience within a real-life complex needs clinic context.
This course is innovative and unique in that it provides students with practical client experience that is ongoing throughout the course and allows students to apply the theoretical components of their learning whilst they study.

Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Completed a Certificate IV or above as defined by the Australian Qualification Framework. OR
Currently working or volunteering in the human services field where your industry relevant workplace is willing to support your application to study.

About Bower Place
Established in 1986 by Malcolm Robinson and Catherine Sanders, Bower Place is located at 145 South Terrace, opposite the Veale Gardens.
