Diploma of Building and Construction (Management)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course is designed to reflects the role of building professionals who apply knowledge of work site coordination and management, as well as liaising with stakeholders like engineers, consultants and the relevant project professionals.
This course is designed to meet the needs of senior managers within building and construction firms. Further development in our on-site and practical work area and experience on real construction sites of our industry partners; you will gain top quality practical experience.
We provide aim to prepare our students for the workforce. This certification is offered as an on campus course, meaning students will spend time learning in class for theory knowledge and practice skills.
Our graduates of this course are well developed in advanced building techniques and operations management, with highly valuable on-site experience from our residential and commercial construction projects in the city.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Must be 18 years old or over.
Must complete high school Year 12 or equivalent and above.
Successful completion of the Certificate IV in Building and Construction (CPC40110 / 095747D) or Certificate III courses.
Academic IELTS Score overall 5.5 (no lower than 5 in each band); or equivalent, or Liberty Construction College internal ACSF/ LLN Test result score overall level 3.
