Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The CPC50210 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building), will give you the opportunity to develop the skills to manage a wide range of building projects. You will learn the principles, regulations and techniques of the building industry for low-medium rise buildings and projects. You will learn how to coordinate the complete construction of a residential, industrial or commercial building and take responsibility for your work.
This qualification has been superseded and is currently in a transition to a new qualification. In line with our registering body requirements the existing qualification is still able to be enrolled in, completed and have qualifications issued. Core will be offering the new qualification within the next 6 – 12 months.
Who Should Do this Course?
This course is suitable for those with at least 2-5 years of construction industry experience who may have already completed previous qualifications relating to the construction industry.
