Diploma of Building and Construction (Building)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course is designed to meet the needs of people working in the building industry whose intention is to work as a Site Supervisor/Manager or want to become a Registered Building Practitioner.
It is specifically designed for learners from a trades background who have already completed the Certificate IV in Building and Construction (CPC40110), and who can demonstrate the commitment to taking another step in their career pathway. It requires learners to be actively engaged in the construction industry so they can demonstrate the practical aspects of the course in their worksites.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
be aged 18 years or over
be an existing worker in a building supervision role
have the support of their supervisor and employer
hold a minimum of a Higher School Certificate (or equivalent)
able to commit to the course duration and time commitment
Have already attained a “Whitecard”
Satisfactorily completed our Language Literacy and Numeracy assessment
Have a completed workplace support agreement, which confirms the resources required for training and assessment will be made available to the student.
