Delivery mode

On campus

Work with instructors and classmates in a supportive and collaborative environment.

All training is delivered by face-to-face contact in classrooms on the Pioneer International College Campus for 20 hours per week over a period of 26 weeks. The course duration includes 24 weeks of full-time study and up to 2 weeks of holidays and breaks, including public holidays.

Entry requirements

Domestic Students

  • There are no mandated entry requirements.

Those undertaking the Diploma of Automotive Technology must have completed an automotive Certificate IV qualification in one of the following disciplines or be able to demonstrate equivalent competency.

  • AUR40216 Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis
  • AUR40816 Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Overhauling

To enter this qualification, applicants must have successfully completed year 12 or equivalent.
