Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)La Trobe's Diploma in Business is your supported pathway into an entrepreneurial- led business degree and a versatile career in the modern-day digital and disruptive business landscape.
Build your knowledge and skills with core subjects in management and organisational structure, economic principles and application, sustainability and data analytic tools and technologies related to business. So you can thrive in the workplace, we also equip you with the ability to analyse and apply business information and communicate and work effectively with others to solve business challenges. You can then use elective subjects to broaden your business exposure or undertake subjects forming part of a planned discipline major. You'll learn alongside Bachelor degree students in the same subjects – all while you get a taste for the career you want and plan your transition to further university study.
After successfully completing the Diploma, you'll earn up to one year's worth of course credit (also called advanced standing) for the subjects you study.

Prerequisite
VCE: Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 25 in English (EAL) or at least 20 in English other than EAL.
