Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Diploma of Business offers you a broad foundation for a range of career opportunities in the corporate sphere. Core subjects provide you with the fundamentals of accounting and marketing. You will gain core skills in managing teams, leadership, communicating in groups, conflict resolution, problem-solving, individual and group decision making, information management, the use of different network technologies, and an understanding of ethics, morals and cultural beliefs. If you are pathwaying to the Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Commerce or the Bachelor of Business Data Analytics you will take Economics. If you are pathwaying to the Bachelor of International Hotel and Tourism Management or Bachelor of Sport Management you will take Concepts of Strategy.
Successful completion of the Diploma of Business guarantees you a place in most undergraduate degrees at Bond University, including the Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Data Analytics, Bachelor of International Hotel and Tourism Management or Bachelor of Sport Management with a possible 80 credit points credited towards your new program of study.
