Derrick Crane Licence (CD)

The Derrick Crane Licence Course is designed for those personnel who wish to operate a Derrick Crane.

This a comprehensive course and is provided “on site – on job”. Operators usually require 60 hours experience prior to formal assessment. On successful completion of the course participants will be able to apply for a Nationally recognised Worksafe licence from a state regulator.

The course is competency based, and is nationally accredited and recognised. Successful applicants who attain the necessary competence will be eligible to apply for a Derrick Crane High Risk Work Licence (CD) through the local regulator or Worksafe Authority.
