Course in Electrician - Minimum Australian Context Gap
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The course addresses the gap between overseas electrical trades practices, regulations and codes and those applied in Australia.
The knowledge and skills of many overseas qualified electrical workers may be very high, but there are differences in the application of this technical expertise, differences that represent a gap. Australian Electrical Regulators are concerned that the gap be addressed in regulated trade vocations such as electrical, where the work context may differ markedly in overseas countries to that of Australia and such differences could endanger lives, infrastructure or systems.
