Communicate in the Workplace
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This unit describes a participant’s skills and knowledge required to communicate in the workplace within the Resources and Infrastructure Industries. This role is appropriate for those working in operational roles.
This course will equip students with the skills to access, interpret and apply relevant documentation within the workplace; establish and maintain communication; use communication equipment and systems within the workplace; follow safety procedures; and identify and report defaults correctly.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
A government issued photo identification and valid USI is required for course recognition.
All students must undertake a language, literacy, and numeracy test before commencement of this course to ascertain if support is required to assist students to successfully meet their goals.
