Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This skill set is for experienced professionals in the industry who are eager to develop their skills in the self-management of chronic disease.
This skill set has been endorsed by industry as suitable for individuals who hold a qualification at Certificate III level or higher in an area involving provision of direct client care or support.It is designed forpeople working in various care and support roles in the community services industry who wish to develop skills in supporting people with their self management of chronic disease. The units it contains meet industry requirements for work with clients to provide support for their self management of chronic disease.
