Tactical Training

PUAFER006

Chief Warden & Deputy Chief Warden

Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)

This skills-packed course goes beyond the requirements of Australian Standard 3745-2010 which provides the minimum requirements for workplace emergency procedures and evacuation. Chief and Deputy Chief Warden training delivered by Tactical focuses on the actions to be taken by the emergency control organisation (ECO) and all occupants when an emergency occurs. It is designed to ensure an appropriate response to an emergency up to the arrival of the emergency services. Participants leave with the skills, knowledge and 'hands on' experience to prepare Chief Wardens with the confidence to take charge during a workplace emergency.

This course is suitable for all staff and occupants of any workplace who are required to make decisions about the safety of people during a workplace emergency or those persons who lead and/or communicate instructions to members of the ECO during emergencies.
