As a youth worker, your role will be to help young people make the most of their opportunities. You will study specialised areas such as working with diversity, dealing with mental health issues and working with the family.
You will gain the knowledge to plan and lead group activities, and handle crisis situations. Upon completion, you will be qualified for employment in community centers, residential facilities, and programs for at-risk youth. You will also have the core skills needed to pursue further studies.
