Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the roles of individuals delivering training and assessment services in the vocational education and training (VET) sector.
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is the minimum qualification required to work as a trainer/assessor in a structured training environment such as TAFE or a Private RTO. It is also suitable for individuals who provide on-the-job instruction in a workplace environment, (i.e. delivering one-on-one training to apprentices or coaching and mentoring other staff). Successful participants will also be qualified to conduct workplace assessments and skill audits.
