Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification prepares individuals for work delivering nationally recognised training and assessment in the Australian vocational education and training (VET) sector, often in Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) or TAFEs. The course is also suitable preparation for those who deliver training and competency assessment in a workplace context. It is a requirement that trainers and assessors delivering nationally recognised training in Australia hold this qualification (or relevant skill sets from the units in the qualification) under the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.

About RTO Leadership Institute
RTO Leadership Institute is all about supporting those in the Voational Education and Training (VET) sector – either those that are aiming to start out their career as a trainer/assessor or those that are already working in the sector. This includes current trainers and assessors, instructional designers, RTO owners and managers and those aspiring to grow into these roles.
We run professional development workshops and webinars for those working in VET so they can maintain their industry currency and keep on top of the ever-evolving VET landscape.
