The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment prepares industry professionals to become teachers / trainers in the vocational education and training (VET) sector. Successful completion of the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is a requirement of the SRTO to practice as a trainer and assessor of nationally recognised accredited training.

Gain the skills and knowledge required to deliver training to adults, assess competency and design training programs and assessments. The course covers the statutory framework of vocational education, principles of adult learning, unpacking a training package and designing quality assessment that meets the needs of the learner.
