Certificate IV in Strata Community Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Those persons wishing to work in the property industry in NSW and participate in the management of strata services for owner’s corporation, are required to apply for an Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration with NSW Fair Trading. This process involves gaining a Statement of Attainment, which is a part of the nationally recognised Certificate IV in Strata Community Management qualification.
