Certificate IV in Sterilisation Services

When you complete the Certificate IV in Sterilisation Services you will be better equipped in the management of a sterilisation department.

This course covers a range of varied activities performed in a sterilising service or department and is for managers and supervisors working in a sterilising department.

This course is delivered by online study after a 1 day compulsory orientation. Computers are available in SM TAFE libraries to assist those who don't have internet or a computer access.

Students in this course will complete their workplace competency manual at their usual sterilising workplace. Simulation sessions on campus are available Monday evenings, 4pm to 8pm for any student requiring assistance with assessments and practical-based competencies.
