Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The CHC43415 – Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is all about improving the well-being of people in our care through programs that are outside clinically-based care plans. This addresses the design, implementation, and monitoring of a collaborative recreational and health-related activities.
It also reflects the role of workers taking part in the process and evaluating leisure and health activities and programs for clients in one or more areas. This course will also prepare for work in completing specialist tasks and functions in residential facilities, clients’ homes and/or community centers. While workers are responsible for their own outputs, work is carried out under direct or indirect supervision within defined Organisational guidelines.

About ALACC Health College
The ALACC Health College, Australia (ALACC) is a private Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that delivers Nationally Recognised Qualifications under the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) levels. We are an aged care, nursing, community and allied health educational institution.
ALACC was founded by the Director - Dr Janet Lawrence who is well qualified and respected in her field of work in the Aged Care Industry. Our programs are delivered by well qualified and experienced trainers. ALACC attracts a large number of both local and international students from a variety of professional backgrounds. Several of ALACC students have progressed to undertake courses at the university, mainly courses related to nursing.
