Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is designed for people working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprises and industries. Participants may have existing qualifications and technical skills in any given vocation or profession, yet require skills or recognition in supervisory and team leadership functions.
As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team.

Australian Employment and Training Services (AEATS) was first registered as a business in 2008. Since then AEATS has developed a solid repour with business and commercial organisations.
Australian Employment and Training Services parent company Logan Workforce Solutions PTY LTD applied and gained registration as a nationally approved training provider in September 2009 and commenced training as Australian Employment and Training Services, provider 32054.
AEATS’s founder and Managing Director, Mr Andrew Logan has in excess of 20 years experience in the employment and training industries, having worked with many National and International organisations in this time.
AEATS’s mission is to create business services to organisations and individuals that are different in its approach. A model based on Business talking to Business where commercial realities are not only understood, but drive the business we deliver.
