Certificate IV in Government
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Certificate IV in Government is a qualification aimed at the APS4-5 classification, or equivalent, and will develop the skills necessary for those who work in operational roles in the public service. At this level, you will be engaging with stakeholders, dealing with conflicts, and be able to operate autonomously.
This course will cover the operational skills that are common across all government departments and agencies and will help develop your knowledge and skills in the application of government processes.
