Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking

The Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking will deliver the skills and specialist knowledge needed to operate as a successful and effective finance or mortgage broker. This course has been tailored to meet the requirements of ASIC RG206, and ensures a thorough understanding of the key lending requirements around responsible lending and disclosure.
This qualification has been replaced by FNS41820 Certificate IV in Financial Services. It is recommended that you enrol in that qualification unless there is a specific reason where we agree that this qualification is more suited to your circumstances.
ACCM College is in the process of offering that qualification. If you wish to enrol immediately you can enrol in this qualification and we will transition you to the newer one as soon as we can and at no cost. The “transition date” for this qualification is 29 June 2021.
To be a broker you must have a knowledge of the lending processes. For this qualification you should have completed the Certificate III or have relevant work experience.
