Certificate IV in Engineering Drafting
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)AIME’s MEM40412 Certificate IV in Engineering Drafting provides training on the skills needed to gain employment as a draftperson in the engineering industry.
The skills cover all aspects of drafting required to working with engineers and skilled trades in manufacturing enterprises.
There are no pre-requisites for the course but an indication of suitability to undertake the course would be if you possessed any of but not limited to qualifications such as a Certificate III in any science/engineering discipline, the MEM30505 Certificate II in Engineering/Technical or are a Year 12 graduate including a Year 12 maths unit. Alternatively if you have experience as an industrial technician you may be eligible to enter the course. The lecturer will advise on your eligibility at your interview.
