Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of those who work in youth and family intervention, including practice specialisations in residential and out of home care, family support and early intervention. Workers operate under a broad supervision framework and within clearly defined organisational guidelines, service plans and position specifications.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- Each student is required to complete the Language, Literacy & Numeracy assessment to determine what level they are currently working at & if they are suitable to proceed with this qualification.
- Learners are required to comply with Evidence of enrolments at the time of enrolment at time of enrolment with ONCALL Training College.
- Students are required to provide appropriate forms of IDs to confirm their eligibility to enroll in this course.
- Students are required to apply for unique student identification (USI) number while their study period in Australia and this information will be handed to the students at the time of orientation.
- This qualification requires a basic understanding and use of computers and the internet. Support will be provided as required to develop the students’ skills.
