This program is designed for new employees living and working in NSW who wish to complete their training at their workplaces. Eligibility applies to part-time employees within six months of employment and full-time employees within three months of employment. This qualification reflects the roles of individuals working in various Business Services positions, where they may hold supervisory responsibilities for performance outcomes.
These individuals perform a mix of specialist and moderately complex administrative or operational tasks that require strong self-management skills. They utilise well-developed skills and a broad knowledge base to apply solutions to a range of unpredictable problems and analyse information from multiple sources.
Additionally, they may provide leadership and guidance to others, with some responsibility for overseeing the output of their team.
