Certificate IV in Building Project Support (Estimator)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course will give you the technical qualifications you need to apply for various building licences through the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC).
This qualification enables you to learn how to apply structural principles, building codes and standards, interpret plans and estimate cost and schedules on residential and commercial constructions.

Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Participants in this program are required to be currently employed in the construction industry and hold a Certificate III trade qualification or equivalent.
Industry experience – minimum 2 – 4 years depending on trade and supervisory experience
