Salford College offers the CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction, equipping you with the skills and qualifications to succeed as a construction site manager or supervisor.
This qualification prepares you to:
- Plan and supervise construction sites, ensuring smooth operations.
- Prepare project costs and administer contracts.
- Manage residential and low-rise Class 1 to 10 buildings and Class 2 to 9 Type C constructions (up to two stories).
- Liaise with clients, ensuring seamless project completion from start to finish.

Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
There are no entry requirements for this course, however, we recommend you have experience in the building and construction industry as well as a basic knowledge of the BCA and other standards.

Course fees
- SA Subsidised Training This training may be subsidised by the SA Government for eligible individuals. Places are limited.
Note: Fees are subject to enrolled subjects. Salford College reserves the right to implement necessary changes. Fee updates will be communicated before offers are extended. This course is subsidised under the South Australian Government’s general funding program.
Eligible students can access reduced course fees of $750, making quality education more affordable.
