This qualification prepares you to:

  • Plan and supervise construction sites, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Prepare project costs and administer contracts.
  • Manage residential and low-rise Class 1 to 10 buildings and Class 2 to 9 Type Cconstructions (up to two stories).
  • Liaise with clients, ensuring seamless project completion from start to finish.
