Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building)

The CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) has been designed for experienced tradespeople who want to attain formal licensing or registration as a building professional.
Throughout the course students will learn from expert trainers who have years of real world experience, looking at the overall construction of low-rise buildings, including the selection of contractors, overseeing the work and its quality, and liaising with clients. On successful completion, students will gain a Nationally Recognised Training qualification in Building and Construction, which is a requirement of any building license application.
The CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) will provide students with skills that are relevant to current industry trends and practices, learning how to plan, coordinate and complete a small to medium sized building project from start to finish.
