Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)You’ll have hands on learning experiences within both manual and computerised accounting, utilising both Xero and MYOB. Learn the essential skills and knowledge of accounts receivable; accounts payable; general ledger; tax; payroll; the preparation of BAS/IAS and other financial statements.

Upon successful completion of the Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping FNS40222, you’ll meet the educational requirements for registration as a Business Activity Statement (BAS) agent within Australia, once the required work experience has been completed.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Applicants are required to complete the Basic Key Skills Builder (BKSB) assessment and obtain a minimum exit level 3 - working level 4 of the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF)., online students must be 18 yrs or older at time of course commencement.
