Certificate III in School Based Education Support
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This Nationally recognised and accredited qualification is designed for people who seek employment as an Education Support Officer, working with children with additional learning needs, or a Teacher’s Aide.
Your training will focus on supporting the development of students’ literacy and numeracy skills. You will learn how to engage with students from diverse backgrounds and those with additional needs.
As a qualified Education Support Worker, you will be able to make a valuable contribution to children's development. You will support both teachers and children in the delivery of Educational Programs within school environments.

About Park Orchards Community House and Learning Centre
The Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre Incorporated is a vibrant community based non-for-profit organisation that provides quality community engagement through social, recreational and learning activities.
In 1978, under the auspice of the Park Orchards School Council, a community relations subcommittee organised a leisure time program, making use of the school art room. Four courses were presented in term 1, 1979, using local tutors, and Park Orchards Leisure Time Activities, POLTA was born.
