Launch your automotive career with this hands-on course specialising in recreational vehicle (RV) service and repair. Graduate job ready with the skills you need to become an RV servicer and repairer.

According to the Australian Government's Job Outlook service, demand for qualified mechanics grew strongly over the past five years with employers finding it hard to fill vacancies. Job openings are expected to remain steady in the near future with around 23,000 job opening expected over the next five years.

In this course you'll develop the practical knowledge and skills required to service and repair a variety of recreational vehicles including motor homes, caravans, camper trailers, slide-ons, and fifth wheelers. You'll also learn how to service vehicles to meet key Australian standards including road worthiness and the Australian Design Rule (ADR).

Successful completion of this course will qualify you to seek work in a service and repair facility or manufacturer's factory completing warranty work or undertaking routine servicing. You'll also have the foundation knowledge and skills required to continue with further training in the automotive industry.
