Certificate III in Production Horticulture
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)AHC30616 Certificate III in Production Horticulture is a nationally recognised qualification covering the skills and knowledge relating to the horticulture industry such as maintaining plants, treating pests and diseases, landscaping and drainage systems.
This qualification has been superseded and is currently in a transition to a new qualification. In line with our registering body requirements the existing qualification is still able to be enrolled in, completed and have qualifications issued. Core will be offering the new qualification within the next 6 – 12 months.
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification, however it is recommended you have basic knowledge of horticultural principles.
Who Should Do this Course?
This course is open entry however, students enrolling into this course will be required to undertake a Literacy & Numeracy Indicator prior to commencement of the course. This allows our trainers to identify any strengths and where additional support may be required. Students will also be required to have access to a computer and an internet connection to undertake their study and assessment.
