Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification intends to both prepare new employees and to also recognise and develop the skills of existing employees working in the earthmoving sector. The qualification will provide you with an ability to perform a broad range of servicing and repair tasks on a variety of mobile plant machinery and equipment.
These operations may include servicing and repairing mechanical parts such as engines, transmissions, suspension, cooling systems, brakes and track type drive and support systems. We are continuing to see rapid advances in this sector and in response to this technicians are becoming more specialised in their areas of work.
