Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)An apprenticeship in Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology provides learning in a broad range of tasks and on a variety of light vehicles in the automotive retail, service and repair industry.
This course will provide you with the knowledge to apply inspection, servicing, diagnostic and repair skills over the major components and systems found in light vehicles. Components and systems covered by this qualification include brakes, steering, suspension, engine, transmissions, drivelines, cooling, computer management systems and other electrical components.
