AHC30921 Certificate III in Landscape Construction
With the Certificate III in Landscape Construction AHC30921, you can kickstart your career in landscape construction or become a nationally recognised landscaper, trade assistant, gardener or greenkeeper.
This qualification allows you to start a new landscaping business or expand your current services to take on larger landscape construction projects. You’ll get knowledge and skills in many areas, including drainage installation, landscape features, paving, retaining walls and softscape applications relating to the implementation of plants.
After completing the course, you’ll be ready to work in all construction classes, including residential, commercial, civil, government parks and gardens projects. Additionally, this course can help you establish a landscape construction business. You might start with small landscape construction works for clients, such as turf delivery, small paving and concrete jobs, and new plant areas. Then, when you’re ready, you might employ staff, accept larger jobs and manage multiple sites.
You can also use this course as the first step to bigger things. For example, to become a registered builder, you can also complete a Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) CPC40120. This enables you to do low-rise commercial work. Refer to your state building authority for details about the licence application.
Our industry experts and facilitators have created this training to meet all current industry standards, and give you the skills and competencies for a successful career or business. Real-life operational case studies and examples will give you highly relevant information that you can apply to practical situations.
