Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Support and empower people with disability with a Certificate III Individual Support course and learn to work in the community or in residential facilities, reporting directly to a supervisor.
With this qualification you can:
- Work effectively with people with disabilities
- Provide support to meet and maintain personal care needs
- Contribute to skill development and maintenance
- Carry out activities related to an individualised plan
You will have the potential to work as an accommodation, community or family support worker, and in-home respite care worker.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Complete language, literacy & numeracy (LLN) assessment and Suitability Interview
Must be able to participate in 120-hour work placement
Ability to satisfactorily obtain a NDIS Worker Check
Have a level of physical fitness to work in the Disability industry
Show a genuine interest in developing skills and knowledge related to the disability sector
