Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)For anyone in wanting to enter the ever-growing aged care sector, this could be the qualification you’ve been seeking. Learn to provide support that is focused on each individual, implementing care plans personalised for their needs. Be better able to provide care in community or residential settings, empowering and supporting ageing people to live their best lives. Combining practical, technical and procedural knowledge, you’ll graduate with an understanding of the concepts and practices of person-centered support.
You’ll gain valuable professional experience through an 120 hour work placement which will allow you to put your theoretical learning into practice.

Blended
Combine the flexibility of online learning with the support of on campus learning.

Blended: Online and on-campus via virtual training room with 8 on-campus sessions over 11 months.

- SA Subsidised Training This training may be subsidised by the SA Government for eligible individuals. Places are limited.
- TAS Subsidised Training This training may be subsidised by the TAS Government for eligible individuals. Places are limited.
- VIC Subsidised Training This training may be subsidised by the VIC Government for eligible individuals. Places are limited.
Student tuition fees are subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment. In addition to tuition fees, there may also be other charges such as material or amenities fees. A genU Training staff member can help you determine your course fees. A statement of fees detailing all course charges will be provided prior to enrolment.
Eligible students from South Australia, Tasmania, and Victoria can access government funding for CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support.
