Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support targets learners who wish to work in the role of workers in the community and/or residential setting who follow an individualised plan to provide person-centred support to people who may require support due to ageing, disability or some other reason.
CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support will help you learn how to support wellbeing with relevant skills, effective communication, and teamwork. The specialized course allows you to provide services to home and community and empower people. Our experienced instructors offer one-on-one consultation and support to help you acquire the essential knowledge and skills required to succeed in the field.
Upon the successful completion of the course, you are well prepared to carry on further studies in the dynamic health sectors and community facilities. Learners will develop and polish skills to come up with a customized care plan as per the residential or commercial environment. You will be evaluating wide-ranging situations based on theoretical, procedural, and factual details.
