Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)During the course, you will gain comprehensive knowledge and skills for providing physical, social, and emotional support to the elderly. Additionally, you will develop the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, including with other professionals like nurses and healthcare workers.
The course prioritises COVID-safe infection control training, ensuring your understanding of necessary precautions. Access to all learning and support materials will be provided through our user-friendly online learning management system. To further enhance your practical skills, you will have the opportunity to complete a four-week work placement with one of our esteemed industry partners.
With an ageing population, there is high demand for qualified aged care workers. Many of our students are offered work on completion of their placement.

- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- Must be Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Police Check Certificate (Australian Federal Police check only)
- Completion of English to year 12 or equivalent OR acceptable English language, literacy and numeracy skills
