The Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) allows people to work as a Personal Care Assistant, looking after people with a disability and older people in a residential and community care setting. You will have ongoing support and supervision during the course by passionate and knowledgeable trainers. With facility based training, this qualification will enable you to enter the Aged Care and Disability industries as a confident and compassionate carer.
