Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)If you have a genuine interest in caring for older people, and or those with disabilities, then our course in individual support will help you gain essential, person-centred skills and knowledge to care for and support people who are aged or living with a disability. In this health course, you’ll learn how to provide physical and psycho-social support for people requiring support.
You’ll understand how to comply with the accreditation requirements in the care sector, and you’ll be ready to deliver outstanding customer service and support to vulnerable people. In studying this course, you will also have the opportunity to undertake work placement with leading industry care providers.

On campus
Work with instructors and classmates in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Work Placement
Your studies will include a minimum of 120 hours of practical placement in an aged care residential service and a group based disability service.- Jarlo Drive, Lilydale
Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Prior to practical placement you will be required to provide evidence of:
- a current National Police Check
- immunisation requirements: Covid and Current Flu vaccinations
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check

- VIC Subsidised Training This training may be subsidised by the VIC Government for eligible individuals. Places are limited.
