VIVA Institute’s parent company 4 Ways Fresh has been growing vegetables for over 30 years. It is a family-owned company, having bought their first farm in the Adelaide Plains in 1993. They were soon selling tomatoes, capsicums, cucumbers and other vegetables to food processing companies and major supermarkets. Given the expanding nature of the company, 4 Ways Fresh aimed to give both its staff and community members the chance to grow and be recognised for their skills. Hence, Viva Institute was established to provide individuals the opportunity for skills recognition and training opportunities.

At VIVA, you will experience a friendly atmosphere and intimate class sizes designed for effective learning outcomes. We provide hands-on, work-based learning, equipping you with the practical and professional skills sought by employers.
